In my practice, both personal and professional, my coaching style is based upon insight, knowledge and wisdom. My coaching tools have been gathered through a variety of life experiences, and the wisdom of many eminent teachers, all blending to offer a totally unique and pleasurable coaching experience. My forte is in inspiring aliveness, and I offer this gift to people through my presence/coaching/facilitating. My mission, or what I like to call my manifesto, is to guide people in rediscovering who they really are at their core. My 'job' is to be a source and inspiration for magic, deep wisdom, laughter and energy. Conscious listening, skilled observation, intuition and pleasurable, impact-full action steps are just a few of the toys in my toybox. Through my creative and deeply loving style of mentoring, clarity, aliveness, and the flow of vibrant energy are ignited.
